Child Found Safe After Being Kidnapped At Gunpoint and Amber Alert Issued
Reference the below original report, the child has been found around 8:15 P.M. yesterday. According to the police Jaxon is safe.
The suspect is still on the run. Authorities require your assistance in locating the suspect, Darryl Livingston Jr. The Suspect is a Black male, 5 foot 8 inches tall. He has the work “Cuttthroat” tattooed on his neck. He was last known wearing a pink, purple, and white basketball jersey and black jean shorts.
He might still be driving the silver Kia Forte with a temporary Kansas State license plate of 018JA6.
Please call 911 immediately and do not approach Darryl as the Missouri State Police said he has a handgun. He also has a criminal history of armed robbery and attempted armed robbery. He also has a resisting arrest record.

Amber Alert For Kidnapped Child at Gunpoint
Police are asking for the public to assist in finding a silver Kia Forte with a temporary Kansas State license plate of 018JA6. It should be driven by the suspect. Darryl Livingston Jr. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) allege that Darryl had kidnapped 2-year-old Jaxon Halley and his mother from their Kansas City home. Darryl kidnapped them at gunpoint around 1:30 P.M. today after a domestic dispute.
Darryl drove the victims out of state to Loose Park in Kansas City, Missouri. At around 3:30 P.M. Jaxon’s mother escaped. She told authorities that Darryl stated he would kill both Jaxon and her.
Jaxon Halley is a 2-year-old black male with black hair and brown eyes and weighs 40 pounds. He had on a grey hoodie and blue jeans.
The Suspect is a Black male, 5 foot 8 inches tall. He has the work “Cuttthroat” tattooed on his neck. He was last known wearing a pink, purple, and white basketball jersey and black jean shorts.
The suspect and child were last seen in the Kia around 5:49 P.M. at the intersection of Myer and Wyandotte Roads in Kansas City, Missouri.
